Long before the beginnings of Veronika’s (aka V’s) career in Whistler, the four year old was cleaning off the snow to reveal the Teddies on the tips of her skies. This was all happening in Krkonose, Czech Republic until she moved onto the hills of Austria and France and finally to Western Canada where her family settled.
V now lives in Pemberton and spends her time skiing Whistler/Blackcomb, coaching and guiding. Her major dedication is to the endless backcountry that she seeks out not only in her “backyard” but also in the Southern Hemisphere.
